THREAT MANAGEMENT GROUP is working a proposal for a number of positions that are either in support of, coordination to, operations and direction in providing training, advisor status and field exercises to Marines who may deploy to bring Security and Force Training to Foreign Security Forces overseas. Following is a brief summary of some of the jobs. – SECRET Clearance (in place)

Some do not require specific USMC, but only military

Following is a brief of several of the positions we are looking for candidates to be submitted:

TRANSITION TEAM POLICE TRAINER SME: A former experienced Civilian Law Enforcement (Police) Officer and FTO (Field Training Officer) or work experience as a Basic (Civilian) Police Academy Instructor who has a thorough understanding of “civilian” community “policing” to serve as a Police Specific “subject matter expert” and training coordinator for Advisor Training to develop and implement specific police training curriculum to support Marines assigned as Police Advisors to Foreign Forces. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC personnel who when deployed may effectively train, mentor and advise the Foreign Security Force Law Enforcement units to which they are assigned.

ADVISOR COUNTER-INSURGENCY (COIN) SME: Former DoD-sanctioned advisor-specific trainer with focus on COIN and FID, Vehicle Mounted Operations/IED identification and countermeasures, tactics, weapons employment and tactical communications experience in Counter-insurgency operations to support contract requirements in providing instruction and SME in accordance with the USMC T & R Manual NAVMC 3500.59 on Security Force Assistance (SFA), and Advisor Course Descriptive Data (CDD)/Program(s) of Instruction (POI) for pre-deployment training. Applicants will possess military experience at a level of E-6 or above. It is desirable that applicants have former military instructor experience, have been in an operational environment which has provided instruction to Foreign Security Forces and understands the imperative skill sets to provide and perform to the Advisor Team’s mission success. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC personnel who direct the Team training and exercise evolutions towards execution of mission objectives.

ATC / ATG ADVISOR TRAINER AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT: Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) SNCO, E7 or above, with recent operational experience at the Advisor Team level within the last four years. Additionally, knowledge and experience of current Marine Corps Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and Lessons Learned from recent real world operations within the last four years to support ATC / ATG Pre-deployment training (PTP) program of USMC combat Security Cooperation Teams. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC program officers who direct the PTP combat Security Cooperation Team training and exercise evolutions in training operations support, planning, scheduling and execution of mission objectives.

ATC SITE COORDINATOR: Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) SNCO or Field Grade Officer with combat arms skills background to coordinate, manage, supervise, develop and implement ATC Pre-deployment training (PTP) program of USMC combat Security Cooperation Teams. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC program officers who direct the PTP combat Security Cooperation Team training and exercise evolutions.

ATC / ATG LOGISTICS ASSISTANT: Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) NCO, E6 or above, with recent combat deployment experience in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom to provide assistance with logistical support of advisor training at the direction of ATC / ATG Operations Officer, Operations Chief, and Logistics Chief. Operational experience within the last six years is a plus. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC program personnel who direct the PTP combat Security Cooperation Team training and exercise evolutions in training operations support, planning, scheduling and execution of mission objectives.

ATG SITE COORDINATOR: Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) SNCO or Field Grade Officer with combat arms skills background to coordinate, manage, supervise, develop and implement ATG Pre-deployment training (PTP) program of USMC combat Security Cooperation Teams. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC program officers who direct the PTP combat Security Cooperation Team training and exercise evolutions.

INTELLIGENCE SME: Former United States Marine Corps (USMC) MOS Code 02XX holder or Army MOS code 35XX holder, E6 or above, with recent experience as an Intelligence Chief in a military operating theater combat zone such as Operation Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom to provide contract support in analysis and teaching Intelligence skills. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC program officers who direct the Training Team (TT) for Intel pre-deployment training; including basic Intelligence planning, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), basic RFIs, basic Fires Planning, basic tactical military analysis, map and terrain analysis, IPB, HUMINT collection and evaluation of Intel information.

TACTICS SME: Former military E-6 or above with combat arms skills background to provide training in accordance with the Course Descriptive Data (CDD)/Program(s) of Instruction (POI) on tactical infantry operations in a counter-insurgency environment. It is desirable that applicants have former military instructor experience and recent Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and lessons learned from recent real world operations within last four years. This contractual requirement requires interface and teamwork with active duty USMC personnel who direct the Team training and exercise evolutions towards execution of mission objectives.
